Shipping policy

SHIPPING AREA
GripFuel currently ships to addresses within the United States. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery estimates begin after the carrier accepts the package and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, and address issues may affect delivery.

TRACKING
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to activate the tracking link.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Contact gripfuel1@gmail.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If an order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, contact gripfuel1@gmail.com with the order number and supporting photos when applicable. We will review the issue and help determine the appropriate next step.
